Our Corporate Counsel is accountable for:
Handling litigation matters, focusing on employment law and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) charges
Providing legal guidance on employment-related policies, compliance, and workplace disputes
Collaborating with external counsel to support immigration law processes and visa filings
Conducting legal research and draft agreements, policies, and other employment-related documents
Advising on risk management strategies and regulatory updates impacting employment practices
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; active and in good standing with a state bar required
Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in employment law, including handling Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) charges and workplace disputes, with familiarity in immigration law processes preferred
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks, with proven ability to draft and review employment-related policies, agreements, and documentation
Proficient in legal research, risk analysis, and advising on regulatory updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies
Exceptional ability to work with external counsel, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, demonstrating clear communication and practical problem-solving in fast-paced environments
