AAA Driving InstructorAAA East Central has an immediate need for full-time Driver Training Instructors in the Independence area. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends. The weekly schedule includes four weekdays from 12pm-9pm and one weekend day from 9am-5pm. This position pays $20.00 per hour.As a Driving Instructor on the AAA Driving School team, you will have an opportunity to make a difference in traffic safety in your local community by educating teens and adults on the fundamentals of safe driving. You will be responsible for teaching safe driving techniques to students of all ages and experience levels, provide a positive learning environment, be patient and have excellent knowledge of state driving laws and regulations. In this role, you will be provided with:$1000 sign on bonus for licensed instructors (external candidates only)Paid licensing and trainingTuition assistanceCompetitive salary with eligibility to participate in our incentive programWhat you'll do:Every day, you will conduct behind-the-wheel training to drivers of all ages and experience levels as prescribed by the AAA Driving School curriculum and training programYou will utilize our driving school software to record and maintain student progressYou will have responsibility for evaluating student's performance and provide additional support as neededYou will maintain knowledge of safe driving and defensive driving practices and maintain all records required by the state of CaliforniaThis position may require you to work in various locations within a (50) mile radius.
