What You’ll Do:
Nurture existing client relationships and provide ongoing support
Guide clients through policy options, updates, and reviews
Act as a liaison between clients and carriers, solving issues quickly and clearly
Identify opportunities to enhance coverage or provide added protection
Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and a proactive service rhythm
