The Role

You'll oversee and shape the strategic direction for multiple clients, guiding their growth and integrated marketing plans. Acting as the in-house client expert, you provide insights and direction to creative teams to ensure they deliver their best work. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with 6-8 clients from diverse industries, establishing trust with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Facilitate growth planning and goal-setting; manage expectations, objectives, and timelines. Develop, present, and oversee annual budgets.
Lead brand development, technology infrastructure, campaign planning, and content strategies aligned with client business goals.
Develop and manage project briefs; ensure projects stay on strategy, on time, and within budget.
Create essential KPIs and oversee reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns.
Advise clients on digital strategy and tactics, including digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
Align marketing efforts with client sales processes, demonstrating knowledge of sales strategies and best practices.
Manage project data, open jobs, estimate costs, track budgets, and ensure timely billing and job completion.
Coordinate team allocations and onboarding across internal team members and external partners.
Lead cross-functional teams (agency partners, MarTech partners, internal and freelance resources) to execute annual marketing plans, lead generation campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
Serve as the primary project manager to ensure smooth communication across teams and timely delivery of work.
Collaborate with fellow Account Managers to create an exceptional client experience; participate in department meetings and team sessions.

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in a Marketing Account Manager role, ideally within an agency or marketing department.
Previous B2B or manufacturing experience is preferred, along with experience managing website development projects.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Highly proficient with business software, especially Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is a plus.
