We are seeking a collaborative and motivated professional to join our growing assurance department. The ideal candidate will be a team player dedicated to contributing to the team's success and the department's expansion.

• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met across various teams.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held businesses in compliance with current accounting standards.
• Prepare audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements.
• Review staff-prepared workpapers and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise, train, and support engagement staff, fostering open communication with engagement partners.
• Actively promote the firm and identify opportunities to generate new business.

• Certification: CPA license (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public accounting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of current accounting standards and the ability to manage engagements effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment.
