We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk, Payroll Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Mail Clerk, Payroll Specialist, Book Keeper, Paymaster and an Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting and financial tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Printing and mailing checks
* Invoicing
* Strong in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent Oral/Written Communication Skills, organizational, planning and prioritization skills
* Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
* Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
* Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors as needed
* Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and errors
* Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
