Job Description:

Pay Range: $23hr - $28hr

Essential Functions:

• 50% Responsible for reviewing daily error report, researching errors, making corrections, and applying corrected data into the system.
• Research and corrections are to be completed daily, timely and accurately.
• Work with Billing and Finance departments to assist with positing corrections.
• Adherence to internal controls is a must.
• 45% Responsible for researching, voiding/stopping and/or reissuing payments issued by Client.
• This includes using internal and external to complete this activity.
• This function requires contact with customer service areas therefore timely and accurate responses are required.
• This function also requires strict adherence to internal controls.
• 5% Other functions as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and workloads.
• Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Education Level:

• High School Diploma.

Experience:

• 3-4 years of relevant work, bookkeeping, or data entry experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and banking practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
