As the Administrative Assistant at Pro-Vac…  
You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of updates in Service Titan, manage customer communications, and prepare necessary documents such as cleaning certificates. You will be a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English).  Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating customer issues, ensuring timely resolution, and coordinating tasks in Paylocity and other platforms. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is a great fit for you!

• Previous experience with Service Titan and/or Paylocity a plus
