I am talking about the home security business. We are an ADT authorized dealer home security company here in Las Vegas & we offer the opportunity to sell more than just alarms. We install surveillance systems, door access, intercoms and we are licensed, locksmiths. We also offer custom systems with Video Verification that is high in demand.

About the Job:

• Crime is on the rise, and demand is getting higher for security. We need new sales reps as soon as possible who know and are willing to do door-to-door sales, selling home security systems and surveillance systems for both homes and businesses.
• The name alone, being able to say that "You work for an ADT authorized dealer" will do 50% of the selling for you. So if you're a great salesman/woman, you only have to apply half of your efforts to close a sale.
• You are not only limited to alarms! You can sell residential and commercial camera systems, locksmith services to homeowners or property managers, intercom systems, and door access to businesses to name a few.

Qualifications:
Now, of course, you need to have some qualities and sales characteristics to be able to work for us but as you find out what they are, you will know that they are simple qualities that any salesperson already has.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Basic mathematic skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to work through busy shifts.

And best of all gets excited about commissions and bonuses. (OH YES; prove yourself and you will have bonuses coming your way). We offer base pay + commission.
