• Full time, contact-to-permanent opportunity
• Location: Holmdel, NJ 
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour

• Leasing Agent will assist Property Manager at property in Holmdel, NJ 
• Helps shows units to prospective tenants, assists with rental payments, late notices, processing work orders, etc.
• Answers incoming phone calls and provides information or routes call to appropriate person
• Greets visitors, prospective tenants and current residents
• Provide potential and current residents with accurate information on available rental units
• May post basic info on various social media such as the company’s, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• File paperwork pertaining to the property
• Organize the office and orders supplies
• Partner with maintenance team on work orders for the residents
• Maintains wait list, updates, send letters
• Tour property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair.

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months prior leasing, property management or other related experience is a plus.
• Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
