Overview

We are looking for an Art Director for Project Grow, a stylized exploration game. Your creative vision will immerse players in organic, ever-evolving biomes and organisms, shaped by procedural generation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the art team in a creative and collaborative environment
• Continue to shape our 3D art style to match the evolving, organic nature of our game.
• Work closely with the Game Director and development team to ensure art assets visually enhance the gameplay
• Smoothly transition our Unity prototype to Unreal Engine, keeping the game's core vision intact.
• Experiment with advanced animation and real-time VFX, to bring the procedurally generated elements of our game to life.

What You Need:

• At least 5 years of experience in high-quality indie or AAA game development.
• Experience shipping at least one stylized AA or AAA title in a senior role.
• Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and tools like Maya, Blender, or 3D Max, with a strong emphasis on creating art for procedurally generated environments and entities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong skills in animation and VFX.
