Position Details:
Title: Assistant Superintendent (Bridge Construction)
Location: Albany, NY (regional projects home most nights)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise subcontractors, crews, and equipment onsite
Maintain project schedules and ensure safety compliance
Coordinate inspections, materials, and project documentation
Must-Have Qualifications:
2+ years of field leadership experience on bridge projects
Knowledge of DOT standards, concrete, and/or steel structures
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
