ð° Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 annually + 10% performance bonus ð
ð
Lead general accounting activities, including month-end close processes and financial reporting.
â
Develop and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
ð Oversee timely reporting of financial data to the parent company using corporate reporting systems.
ð Manage audits by providing required documentation and responses.
âï¸ Review and prepare accounting entries and account reconciliations.
ð Collaborate with the Managing Director of Accounting to implement complex US GAAP and IFRS processes.
ð¤ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data processing.
ð Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior and staff accountants.
ð Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
ð Minimum 10 years of accounting or finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
ð Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
ð¯ CPA certification is highly preferred.
