About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Associate Technician to join the hive on behalf of our clients in the Electronics & Industrial Semiconductor Technologies Lithography Technologies business. In this role youll be responsible for maintaining and organizing all shipping and purchase orders for our business assisting with R&D operations and other responsibilities associated with R&D programs. If youre passionate about logistics and have a knack for organization and communication we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Process and manage all shipping and purchase orders
• Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Maintain records of all orders and transactions
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business
• Monitor track and push through all R&D Sample Shipments from start to finish
• Support R&D operations using SAP

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry
• Knowledge of logistics shipping and receiving procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with SAP and other support software
• Capable of working independently and as a team member

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with R&D operations
• Strong problemsolving skills
