Develops, implements, and manages child care staff training for financial and programmatic digital platforms programmatic that promote program growth for the YMCA. Measures progress against strategic goals and ensures continuous improvement. Manages parent pay and state subsidy child care payments and balances. Provides operational support to branches in collections. Helps provide resources that are devoted to top priorities and strategic objectives. Provide ongoing support and training to Branches on all child care platforms. Assures compliance with state and local regulations. Ensures that program standards are met and safety procedures are followed. Proficient in training, data analysis, customer service, project management and influential leadership. Uses data to analyze financial trends and forecast future financial progress for the organization. Ensures high quality member-focused programs through innovative program development, demonstrating courageous and intelligent risk taking with awareness of societal, economic, and political issues and their impact on the strategic direction of the organization. Rewards and recognizes new and relevant ideas and approaches even if not successful. Provides support to assigned branches in both Y-Club, Day Camp, and Early Childhood Education programs including but not limited to training, mentoring, quality assurance, auditing, filling in to registrars and Directors as needed Helps support the Executive Director of Association Child Care Services.
