Job Description

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Dealer Trade/Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and operations of dealer trades and wholesale transactions, ensuring smooth processes and optimal communication between all parties involved. What you'll be doing:

• Manage and coordinate dealer trade requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee wholesale operations, including vehicle inventory management and transaction documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dealers, buyers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth trade transactions.
• Monitor and track the status of vehicles in the trade/wholesale process, providing updates as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of dealer trades and wholesale transactions for reporting and analysis
• Responsible for Reassignment of Titles and Certificate of Origins.
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to align trade operations with overall business objectives
• Address any issues or discrepancies related to dealer trades/wholesales promptly and efficiently

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in automotive operations, dealer trades, or wholesale processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
