Moge Tee Lynnfield in Lynnfield, MA is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for making boba drinks and customer service. The Barista will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and preparing drinks according to our company’s standards and recipes. We are looking for an individual who is friendly outgoing, reliable, and a team player when needed!

Responsibilities
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality boba tea drinks to our customers.
Prepare and serve boba tea drinks according to Moge Tea’s standards and recipe
Take customer orders, process payments and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning equipment and preparing ingredients
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and targets
8 hours shifts
6 hours shifts
Night shift
Qualifications
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 16 years old
