Rebel Hill Brewing Company in Phoenixville, PA is looking for bartenders and waitstaff to join our team. If you are eager to learn and have craft beer knowledge, are able to work efficiently, handle responsibility, maintain a strong attention to detail and communicate well with other staff and customers in a positive, friendly manner, we want to hear from you! Must be at least 21 years of age with prior bartending and server experience.
Role and Responsibilities
-Basic knowledge of beers on tap and the ability to describe each in detail.
-Expectation to know all menus provided, beer, cocktails and food menu
-Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar including bathrooms, bar and seating area.
-Manage customer traffic during high volume hours with speed and efficiency.
-Ensure that all beers are consistently served to the brewery's guidelines.
-Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and walk constantly for long periods of time – up to 8 hours.
-Ability to safely navigate the bar and brewery including crowded spaces and wet/slippery floors.
-Ability to lift, carry and maneuver weight up to 50 lbs.
-Responsible for maintaining drug/alcohol sobriety at all times while representing the brewery.
-Must have flexible schedule and be available weekends and nights.
-Provide high-quality, fun customer experiences with enthusiasm and attentiveness
-Perform daily/weekly side work and various duties as requested
