We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of beauty treatments and techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best. You will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services, customizing treatments based on individual client needs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, makeup application, and skin care services.
- Consult with clients to assess their beauty needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer high-quality and innovative services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of client services and preferences.
- Assist in the sale of beauty products and recommend appropriate aftercare to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license (as required by state regulations).
- Proven experience as a beautician, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
- Proficient in a variety of beauty treatments and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products and retail sales techniques is a plus.
