The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fuel Construction Manger to join our team. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, meeting with project partners, managing lead field , and teams. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with teams on an ongoing basis regarding objectives and progress
• Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site
• Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring deadlines are meet
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations
• Conduct ongoing quality inspections

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Fuel Construction Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work outside
• Pull permits according to job needs
• Availability to work overtime and weekends
• Clean driving record
• OSHA cert not required but recommended
• Attend meetings reviewing EOM P&L
• Bilingual in Spanish
