Job title:Billing/Invoicing Supervisor

General Description:  

Job responsibilities:

·Supervise billing/invoicing staff performing the duties:

·Billing of all shipments leaving the facility.

·Invoicing of all shipments that have left the facility.

·Invoicing of all shipments that have left external freezers.

·Update tracking spreadsheets daily.

·Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with each employee.

·Hold monthly department meeting.

·Assist with quarterly physical inventories.

·Other duties as assigned 

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, Red Prairie, SAP, and a 10-key calculator are used daily.General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required.

Requirements

·Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

·Minimum of 2 years accounting educational experience, or 5 years’ professional experience.

·Microsoft Office proficient; Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory

·Leadership skills

·Ability to multi-task

·Strong Attention to detail

·Salary: $68,000 - $73,000
