Job Description: We are urgently hiring a BIM Manager to lead and grow our digital design team. This is a standout opportunity for someone who has advanced from a BIM Coordinator role and brings strong MEP experience. You'll manage a team of 12 BIM professionals across the region, develop innovative workflows, and lead training programs. What makes this role truly exciting? Why you should be interested: + Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office, Fridays remote + Opportunity to work under a Digital Design Director and grow into leadership + Exciting, high-impact commercial projects + Long-term growth potential including leadership, ownership, and office expansion opportunities Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage BIM staff, including performance reviews and resource allocation + Develop and implement BIM execution plans and workflows + Provide training to BIM and engineering staff + Perform project modeling (20-25% of the time) + Support family creation initiatives and clash detection using Navisworks + Use tools like Revit, Dynamo, Python, and other programming software to optimize workflows Qualifications: + 8-10 years of BIM experience, including team leadership + Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and programming (Python preferred) + Experience with BIM execution plans and MEP coordination + Authorized to work in the U.S. Work environment: This company is based in Golden, CO and they offer a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
