Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Remote, NY (Must be in New York)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for enhancing the lives of individuals by applying the principles of behavior analysis. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans to support individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing behavior analytic tools and methodologies to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data and collaborative goals.
- Provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians and other staff, ensuring interventions are implemented consistently and ethically.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies, making data-driven decisions to modify programs as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support and generalization of skills across environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment planning.
- Stay informed of advances in the field of behavior analysis and implement evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Proven experience in the assessment and treatment of individuals with behavioral and developmental conditions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and other professionals.
- Dedication to ethical practice and adherence to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
