What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Earn between $75,000 and $105,000 per year, including bonus potential, recognizing your skills and expertise.

Flexible Work Arrangements: Choose between full-time or part-time opportunities, with hybrid-remote options available, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Home-based BCBAs set their own schedules (no weekends!), and center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends.

What You'll Do:
Conduct Assessments: Perform initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
Develop Treatment Plans: Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
Supervise and Train: Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure treatment plan implementation.
Support Families: Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding behavior management and replacement behaviors.
Conduct Functional Assessments: Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses as needed.
Monitor Progress: Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress.
What You'll Need:
BCBA Certification: Current BCBA certification is required.
LABA (if applicable): Licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) is required if applicable by state.
Master's Degree: A Master's degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) is necessary.
Safety Care Specialist Status: You will need to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
Experience: Previous ABA experience is essential.
