Job Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference? We're seeking talented professionals to join our growing team and provide exceptional ABA services to children and families. If you're driven to help others thrive and value a supportive, flexible work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: Earn between $75,000 and $105,000 per year, including bonus potential, recognizing your skills and expertise.
Generous Sign-On Bonus: Start your journey with a rewarding sign-on bonus!
Flexible Work Arrangements: Choose between full-time or part-time opportunities, with hybrid-remote options available, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Home-based BCBAs set their own schedules (no weekends!), and center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy up to 25 days off, including 3 weeks of PTO (increasing after year 3), 8 holidays, and 2 professional development days (with two additional days off for CEU use).
Comprehensive Benefits: We offer an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, flexible dental and vision plans, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% match.
Professional Growth: We invest in your development with training, support, professional development opportunities, internal CEUs, a dedicated internal training team, leadership training, and tuition discounts with university partners. External CEUs are reimbursed up to $750/year!
Supportive Environment: Be part of a professional, ethical, caring, respectful, and fun environment. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and career advancement.
Streamlined Administration: Our support teams handle client intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care.
Resources and Tools: We provide reimbursement for session-related materials and equipment, a virtual electronic data collection system, and location-matched BCBA/clients to minimize drive time.
Mentorship: Newly certified BCBAs benefit from our comprehensive mentoring program.
What You'll Do:

Conduct Assessments: Perform initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
Develop Treatment Plans: Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
Supervise and Train: Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure treatment plan implementation.
Support Families: Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding behavior management and replacement behaviors.
Conduct Functional Assessments: Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses as needed.
Monitor Progress: Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress.
What You'll Need:

BCBA Certification: Current BCBA certification is required.
LABA (if applicable): Licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) is required if applicable by state.
Master's Degree: A Master's degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) is necessary.
Safety Care Specialist Status: You will need to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
Experience: Previous ABA experience is essential.

If you're a compassionate and skilled BCBA seeking a fulfilling career where you can empower children and families, we encourage you to apply! We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity. We respect and seek to empower each individual and support the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences within our workforce.
