We're looking for talented BCBAs to join our team in Palos Heights, IL, offering both center-based and home-based opportunities. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care to our clients and fostering a positive and supportive environment for our team members.

What You'll Do:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers.
Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses.1
