Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

**Salary Range:** $85,000 - $100,000
Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the North Scottsdale Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.

We have a very supportive and experienced team of Psychologists, BCBA's, RBT's and Speech Therapists - Our center in North Scottsdale boasts over 17,000 square feet and is one of the largest centers of it's kind in Arizona. We are owned by a BCBA-D, PhD Clinician, not some large corporate entity and our CEO is actively involved in training and mentoring our BCBA's!
We have an uncapped incentive plan in association with salary that gives great compensation, however, our biggest selling point is that we maintain quality over quantity so our BCBA's can enjoy a smaller client load or a larger one based on their comfort level.
