Role And Responsibilities
The following list contains the core roles and responsibilities of the Bookkeeper
Manage accounts payable and receivables multi-divisionally
Maintain vendor and client relationships
Maintain Balance sheet and enter new assets
Intake and process receipts and reimbursement expenses
Maintain online accounting software (QBO) to ensure accuracy
Coordinate with third party billers
Produce expense reports to CEO monthly and as requested
Coordinate with CPA and accountant for end of year taxes
Assist with tax audits and returns
Complete necessary tax forms and payments
Review payroll biweekly for accuracy and submit for processing
Create payroll reports
Skills And Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
4 years’ experience working in related field
Working knowledge of Quickbooks online, hubspot, slack, and Microsoft 365
Previous experience working with Rippling or similar payroll software
Detail oriented and organized
