We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building brand awareness and creating lasting relationships with our clients and their customers. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent The MGN Foundation at various events and promotions, ensuring our clients' brands receive the recognition they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our clients’ brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
• Engage with potential customers to communicate the value and benefits of the brands and products.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional events and displays.
• Maintain a positive and inviting presence at all events to attract and engage customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and promotional goals.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve marketing strategies.
• Provide support in organizing and executing special events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to event locations.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is a plus but not required.
