As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Brand Designer to help shape and evolve our visual identity, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, cohesive, and distinctly Dose.

What You’ll Do

• Support the brand design team in creating assets for digital and print, including social media, packaging, OOH collateral, marketing materials, and experiential touchpoints.
• Work closely with the Art Director/Sr. Brand Designer to refine and evolve Everyday Dose’s visual identity.
• Execute campaign collateral, product launch materials, and brand moments that drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to ensure a seamless brand experience.
• Stay on top of design trends, wellness culture, and digital storytelling to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Help maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions.
• Help design, refine and update design templates for efficiency and scalability.
• Organize and manage design files, ensuring assets are easily accessible.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, and packaging production (DTC, wellness, or lifestyle experience is a plus).
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma—plus an eye for typography, color, and composition.
• A deep understanding of branding, digital design, and content strategy.
• Ability to think conceptually and bring ideas to life in visually compelling ways.
• Strong collaboration skills—able to take feedback, iterate, and work cross-functionally with little hand-holding.
