Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Alexandria, VA
Clearance: Must be eligible for a Secret Clearance
Kwaan Bear Technology is seeking an experienced, mid-level Business Analyst to support our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior management teams in one or more of the following areas such as strategy, business development, and compliance.
Responsibilities: - Supports a broad range of corporate functions including business development, proposal management, contracts management, financial management, reporting, compliance, marketing, and other operations duties.
- Involves rotational assignments to develop knowledge of each aspect of Government Contracting business operations while performing work to support each department
- Works across corporate functions to support efficient operations. Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with all echelons of company personnel
- Writes, edits, coordinates inputs to, and/or publishes company communications including Request for Information, Proposal content, newsletters, communications with other companies, reports and a wide range of products
- Develops and implements corporate processes to enhance efficient operations
Qualifications: - Bachelors’ Degree
- 3-5 years of professional work experience involving business development, research, and analysis for Federal contracts
- Experience in a fast-paced, small business environment
- Exceptional time and task management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team
- Strong writing skills to create and update business development artifacts
- Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management
- Strong work ethic; Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Federal government, including Defense Department services and agencies, their organizational structures and missions (desired)
