Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to collaborate across organizational levels to drive impactful results. You will leverage your expertise in business systems, data visualization, and project management to support key business initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use strong analytical skills and financial acumen to analyze complex data, formulate actionable insights, and support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting and dashboards using advanced tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, and Excel .
• Provide thought leadership in identifying and solving business challenges, aligning solutions with organizational goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and deliver results.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use tools like Salesforce, SQL, Python , and data visualization platforms to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve reporting, CRM functionality, and overall system performance.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to stakeholders using PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with peers and senior leaders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.
• Translate complex data and business concepts into actionable recommendations for various levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, PowerPoint, Excel , and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience using SQL, Python , and data visualization platforms like Tableau (preferred).
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to support theories and strategies.
• Excellent organization and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to business systems, reporting tools, and evolving organizational needs.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive projects forward and achieve measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Certification in business analysis or data analytics (e.g., CBAP, Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI).
