Business Development Manager

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the construction sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction sector
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with lead generation and account management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
