Business Development Representative (BDR) – ERP Suites

Business Development Representative (BDR) to bridge the gap between our
Marketing and Sales teams by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Qualify and nurture leads from marketing campaigns, turning them into sales opportunities.
- Engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Present ERP Suites’ solutions to potential customers, demonstrating how we can meet their business needs.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics to the Direct of Sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and evolving market demands .
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Strong lead generation and qualification skills , with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques , including cold calling.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and the ability to analyze sales data.
- Familiarity with MS Excel for tracking and reporting performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships .
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
