Lam Research is looking for an experienced Business Relationship Manager to be part of a dynamic IT team supporting Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and Legal Business Units. This position’s primary responsibility is the management of strategic initiatives and services that IT provides to the business group. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for working across multiple groups, functions, and geographies to successfully deliver business value. This individual will need to have excellent communication skills, determination, and perseverance to be successful.
The position requires a broad experience across core IT Infrastructure and Operations, applications, platforms and systems along with extensive experience and knowledge of Real Estate projects, Information Technology functions, opportunities, and challenges. The person in this role provides leadership on establishing and standardizing the processes, steering committees and governance for program execution, managing roadmaps, and short and long-term strategy planning. The role requires subject matter knowledge of Legal and Real Estate project execution for IT infrastructure and application requirements.
Ensure Business Unit commitments are delivered & objectives are met.
Acts as a liaison between GWS Business Unit and work with GIS cross functional team on execution of Real Estate & IT driven projects
Translate Legal Business Unit Executive vision into strategy and work towards a plan for successful execution.
Deliver an IT roadmap to support GWS, Legal and GIS strategy for the delivery of increased business capabilities, improved services, and reduced time and cost of delivery.
Provide level 3 partnership, engaging with business leaders and executives to deliver business unit commitments. Executive alignment of programs and strategies across GWS & Legal.
Collaborate in a cross-functional matrixed environment to deliver innovative services and solutions to business needs.
Provide continuity and visibility across GWS, Legal and Lam programs.
Interact, influence, and align with all levels of Lam management and executives while delivering services and capability to GWS & Legal.
Develop the organizations skills, capabilities, and processes to meet GIS and GWS, Legal challenges and opportunities.
Develop business level agreements; report on GIS performance for services, programs, and KPIs; maintain a customer satisfaction score.
Support in managing the budget, capacity planning, schedules, and resource levels for the organization.
Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous work situations.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $109,000.00 - $239,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
