We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Analyst for a 3-month contract engagement to support a technology-driven initiative within a logistics and warehousing environment. This is a fully remote opportunity, though candidates based in Atlanta are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders across business and technical teams
Create visual process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support solution design
Act as a liaison between technical developers and business users to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables
Analyze current systems and processes, and recommend improvements or new solutions
Support testing and validation of new functionality to ensure business needs are met
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive consensus and understanding
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role
Strong experience translating business requirements into clear documentation and process flows (Visual!)
Proficient in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or equivalent for visual process mapping
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with both business and technical teams
Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is highly preferred
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
