Places requisitions into the M-Pathways and Market-site system based on urgency of need for the department. Orders both operating (furniture/AV), and capital items (medical equipment). Analyzes quotes for accuracy, recommend suppliers and schedules deliveries with vendors. Package and prepare documentation for equipment shipped to vendor for repairs or returns. Manages on-site deliveries of furniture and equipment. Receives and processes Departmental requests for non-capital equipment, such as small refrigerators, TV?s, and ancillary medical equipment. Updates orders on the Radiology capital dashboard on SharePoint.
Resolves outstanding vendor invoice issues in a timely manner. Resolves past due orders. Validates current vendor information in M-pathways is accurate. Works with Vendor Maintenance to on-board new vendors or update current vendors. Originates work orders in the Service Now ticket system for Construction Services for minor alterations. Schedules vendors as needed for installations, i.e. furniture, artwork, ancillary equipment. This includes assessing requests that are for TJC/CMS regulations, patient and staff safety. Coordinates phones thought the department ? including establishing new service, line moves and repairs.
Expedites shipments, confirms delivery locations, verify shipped items against orders. Physical inventory of items maintained in cold storage. Coordinates the removal of unwanted items from the department to Property Disposition.
Coordinates orders with the Ergo team for Radiology team members who need accommodations with their furniture.
Interacts with vendors on new products as they become available.
2 - 5 years of professional experience. Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
