Bison Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Canvassing Sales Representatives. As a Canvassing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions to residential customers. With a generous commission structure, you have the potential to earn up to $8,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers through various canvassing methods, such as door-to-door
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and the cost-saving advantages of switching to renewable energy sources.
• Engage with potential customers and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Collect customer information and accurately input data into the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to continue the sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with potential customers.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
