Job Description

💲 Pay: $16.50 - $18.50/hour (depending on shift)

📅 Schedule: Full-time | Multiple shifts available

Are you passionate about vehicles? Join our team as a Vehicle Accessory Installation & Delivery Support Specialist , where your role is essential to the efficient processing and delivery of vehicles to meet both customer and dealer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, consistent, and reliable attendance
• Safely operate all makes and models of vehicles in various conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all safety regulations and use PPE
• Install accessories on new vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform quality checks and final inspections to ensure defect-free installation
• Secure, document, and verify correct parts and accessories
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and job instructions
• Support team success by assisting with training and peer guidance
• Perform ramp driving duties, vehicle placement, and maintain load line compliance
• Stock necessary materials and complete required reports and documentation
• Handle customer and consumer data in accordance with data privacy policies
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional-level driving skills with the ability to meet TMS Audit Criteria
• Willingness to cross-train and support in other areas
• Must be able to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Must pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 100 lbs.
• Full range of motion: stooping, kneeling, squatting, reaching
• Ability to climb stairs, balance, crouch, and crawl as needed
• Strong vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
