YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER
In this dynamic caregiving role, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial support to seniors during both day and night shifts. From minimum 4-hour care sessions to round-the-clock assistance, you will play a vital part in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including assisting with household chores, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring personal care needs are met with respect and dignity. Your compassionate approach will be particularly valuable when providing care for clients with cognitive impairments, where your patience and empathy will shine through. As a Caregiver, documenting your interactions and observations accurately and promptly is essential. By maintaining open communication with the office, you will ensure that the individualized Care Plans for each client are consistently met. Your dedication to making a positive impact on your clients' lives through high-quality care will be a driving force in your day-to-day responsibilities.
WHAT WE EXPEXT FROM YOU
- Reliable Transportation
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive Caregiver training
- Must Pass a DOJ and FBI background check conducted through the California Caregiver Registry process
- Apply for Registration as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Caregiver Registry and receive an Approved status
- Must test for and pass a TB Test
