We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dealership Porter to join our team. As a porter, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership and providing outstanding customer service. Job Summary: The Dealership Porter is responsible for supporting the service and sales departments by moving, cleaning, and organizing vehicles. This position ensures the dealerships lot is well-maintained, vehicles are presentable, and customers receive prompt and courteous assistance. Key Responsibilities:

• Move and park vehicles in an orderly manner on the dealership lot, in service bays, and around the facility.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer delivery, including washing and vacuuming.
• Assist with the preparation of vehicles for sale, including refueling, prepping, and maintenance tasks.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers during service appointments or after a sale.
• Maintain a clean and organized lot, removing debris and keeping all areas tidy.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and general logistical needs.
• Perform occasional shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership, if needed.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any issues or damages to management.
• Assist sales and service teams with any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
