Wilson Logistics is looking for a CDL A OTR Reefer Lease Driver.

Compensation

• Average Annual Gross Pay: $71,000 $187,000
  • #1 Food Hauling freight network in USA.
  • $1,100 Weekly Payment
    • Insurance (covers drivers and investment)

  • Complete Lease Bonus: $14,400
  • 2 CPM Longevity Incentive (based on 90,000 miles/year)

  • Driver Advocate Program:$1k to $2k paid out immediately
    • No delays on referred longevity
  • Additional pay passed on to driverwhen provided by customer:stop, layover, detention, etc.

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• OTR: Out 2-4 weeks
• Typically running lower 48 (Not running to NYC)
• Level of Touch: 100% no touch.

Equipment

• Lease NEW 2024-2025 Freightliner Cascadias with no credit check or money down
• Automated Manual Transmission
• Optional high speed Wifi, EPU, refrigerator, double bunk sleeper, lots of storage
• Governed Speed: 65mph on the pedal
• Inward facing event triggered cameras

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• 12 months OTR Tractor Trailer Experience within the last 36 months
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Have never tested positive for drugs or alcohol under Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines
• Have no more than 4 trucking jobs in the last 36 months
• Have no more than 3 moving violations or preventable accidents within the last 36 months. No more than 1 in the last 12 months
• No speeding tickets in any motor vehicle at 15 mph over the posted speed limit in the last 36 months
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination, Drug Test, and be in physical condition to perform all essential functions required by the drivers job description
