**CDLA Truck Driver Redeemed Logistics Competitive Pay & Home Time**
**Compensation Overview:**
**SignOn Bonus:** $1000 with $500 paid after the first load and $500 after 30 days of active service.
**Base Pay:** Starting at $0.82/mile for 011 months of experience with incremental increases up to $0.85/mile for 36 months of verified experience.
**Additional Pay:**
Unload Pay: $245
Stop Pay: $25
Backhaul Pay: $70
**Position Highlights:**
**Home Time:** Weekly for a 34hour reset (weekends not guaranteed).
**Orientation & Training:** New hires are assigned to tractors upon completing orientation with a 2day ridealong training at $150 per day.
**Vehicle Parking:** Local drivers must park trucks at Markham Terminal or our designated logistics center; no home parking.
**Work Area:** Deliveries primarily in IL WI IN MI with comprehensive training on safe unloading practices for touch freight.
**Key Requirements:**
Cannot have been employed by specified carriers within the last 6 months without transitioning to another carrier first.
Must bring 2 weeks worth of supplies to orientation after which they will proceed directly to training in Joliet IL.
Drivers are required to complete two training days following in their assigned truck (not ridealong).
