Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our client’s clinical team in Carrollton, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, supporting in-office procedures, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and record vitals and medical history
• Assist with in-office procedures including vasectomies, biopsies, and scope exams
• Enter patient data into NextGen EMR system
• Coordinate prescriptions with pharmacies and respond to patient inquiries
• Scan and index documents into the system
• Occasionally prep clinic when provider is not on-site
• Participate in classroom training at the Dallas call center (mileage reimbursed if traveling 20+ miles)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Experience using EMR systems (NextGen preferred)
• Certification required
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to work well in a team
