Qualifications: Bachelor's in accounting, finance, economics, or any other related field of study Intermediate experience with Excel functions Proficiency in typing Internship in accounting, finance, or customer service nice to have Job Description: + Manage and organize the department's email inbox for incoming U.S. invoices and ensure timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. + Review and accurately enter all chain invoices received through mail, email, and other processes in SAP and other systems. + Request and collect W-9's and new vendor setup documentation for new accounts as needed. + Research and troubleshoot duplicate and problematic invoices. + Provide customer service and support to the Claims team, internal departments, and MEC sales staff as needed. + Provide miscellaneous support to Controller, Chain Accounting Manager, and Supervisors as needed. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
