Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Louisville, KY 40202

Glow Brands is seeking an experienced  Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy and execution across our diverse portfolio of brands.  In this role, the CMO will collaborate closely with the team to drive growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance profitability through effective marketing strategies across digital, in-store, and media channels. As a family-minded company with a close-knit, collaborative culture, we are looking for a hands-on leader who will actively engage with the team, foster strong relationships, and contribute directly to the execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in customer counts, sales, and EBITDA across all brands.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and ensure brand recognition.

• Lead digital and traditional marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional channels (print, TV, radio).

• Optimize marketing technology and analytics to improve efficiency, performance, and ROI.

• Manage and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources across campaigns.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster professional growth.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and external partners to enhance brand awareness.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards in all marketing efforts.

• Report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies to deliver measurable results and align with business objectives.

• Work closely with senior leadership to define business goals and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required

• 10+ years of progressive experience in a marketing leadership role

• Demonstrated success in leading multi-brand marketing strategies and campaigns
  

• Experience managing advertising agencies in creative and media planning

• Experience in new product launches and developing go-to-market strategies

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with upper-level executives and franchisee operators

• An innovative mindset with the ability to disrupt and drive forward-thinking strategies

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

• Manual dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, phone, and other office equipment.

• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.

• Occasional need to stand, walk, sit, reach with arms, and perform activities such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Location and Relocation Requirements

The CMO will work daily on-site at the Louisville Corporate office.
