Our client is seeking a Chief Personalization Officer (CPO) to lead their efforts in delivering tailored experiences to their clients and customers. This executive will be instrumental in creating and executing a personalization strategy that enhances customer engagement and drives business growth.

Develop and implement a comprehensive personalization strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for personalized experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive personalization approach.
Lead and mentor a team focused on personalized marketing initiatives and customer experience enhancements.
Utilize technology and tools to optimize personalization efforts, including CRM and analytics platforms.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of personalization strategies and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or personalization roles, with a track record of success.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
