As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech team and shape the future of RushLuxe.

About the Role

The CTO will serve as the technical visionary for RushLuxe, overseeing all aspects of our technology strategy, product architecture, and development. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Founder, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative features to life and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute RushLuxe’s technology strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of the RushLuxe platform, including mobile apps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage a high-performing technology team, including engineers, DevOps, and QA specialists.
• Oversee the implementation of AI-powered features, such as shade-matching technology.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and reliability as we grow our user base.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch innovative features and optimize the user experience.
• Establish and manage development workflows, including agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
• Represent RushLuxe’s technical vision to investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong expertise in designing and building scalable platforms, including mobile applications and cloud-based systems.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, React Native).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their applications in consumer-facing platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for mentoring and empowering others.
• A track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
