JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Assistant
The Production Assistant will help facilitate daily preparation, production and packaging of large and small volume chocolate items while ensuring proper technique and quality control. Working alongside the Production Manager and Chef Christopher Curtin, this position offers not only room for immersive and experiential learning, but growth, too. While not mandatory, this is a great position for someone with a background in restaurants seeking increased benefits and an abbreviated schedule which allows for work-life balance.
