M&L CDJR is looking for experienced technicians to join our winning team. We have the work and just need the staff to get it done. If you are an experienced diesel tech, we want to talk. We are looking for a leader for our diesel shop. Join our team and help build our diesel team. Pay Range: Starting at $21 per hour up to $52 per hour. Job Summary: The service technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on vehicles as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Job Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Communicate with the parts department to obtain required part. Inform team leader if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by customer. Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by customer. Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.

• Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner
• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
