Role: Cisco Post sales Engineer

Location: NYC (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Maintain CCNP or higherlevel certifications; CCIE certification is a plus.
Deploy Cisco enterprise solutions including:
Routing/Switching (Catalyst and Nexus platforms).
Security (Cisco ASA Firepower ISE).
Collaboration solutions (CUCM Webex Voice Gateways).
Data Center solutions (ACI UCS HyperFlex).
Provide strong troubleshooting and escalation support postimplementation.
Integrate Cisco technologies into client environments seamlessly.
Conduct system testing performance tuning and ongoing support.
Offer postsales support and knowledge transfer to enduser IT teams.
Create detailed documentation including operational manuals and network handover reports.
